Dismissing a past rumor citing global release date of Galaxy S8 being April 28th, a new report flowing straight from Korea confirms April 21st as the global launch date of the flagship smartphone. The report also lays down the Galaxy S8 road map, right from its unpacking event to its sales reservation and pre-order dates for buyers.
Samsung will first unveil Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus at multiple city events in New York and London on March 29th. This will be followed by opening pre-orders from April 7th to 17th. Finally, on April 21st the S8 will be released globally and will be up for grabs.
There’s hardly a day which passes by without a Galaxy S8 leak or rumor. So much so that we know almost everything we need to know about it. This makes us wonder what WOW factor will Samsung come up with on the March 29th unveiling and global release of April 21st to keep us glued on to it and maintain the hype that has been created around the high-end bezel-less smartphone.
