Samsung is rolling out the second ever software update to the Galaxy S10 series in Canada. The update is available over the air for multiple carrier variants in the region and it brings the latest security patch available for the trio, camera improvements, and more.

Since launch, there have been plenty of complaints about the camera performance and in the latest update, Samsung has some solutions to these issues as well as more improvements on board.

The same update also improves device stability, enhances the performance of features like Wireless PowerShare that turns the Galaxy S10 devices into a power source for other devices that support wireless charging, and further improves system-wide performance.

Although the security patch level has been improved, you don’t get the latest version available for the likes of Google Pixel 3 and Essential Phone. And as usual, there are also general bug fixes included in there.

Owners of the Galaxy S10e should get an update with version G970WVLU1ASD3 while S10 users are receiving version G973WVLU1ASD3. For the S10+, the firmware has version G975WVLU1ASD3 and all of them are airborne, meaning it may take up to the end of this week before everyone receives the download notification.
