Samsung has brought one of its best budget smartphones to the United States, launching the Galaxy A10e on one of the country’s biggest carriers, AT&T.
In June, the South Korean conglomerate brought the Samsung Galaxy A50 to Verizon — the first of the three A series smartphones the company has promised to bring to the U.S.
While A50 was launched to compete with the mid-range smartphones, the A10e has been aimed to capture the budget segment.
Specs
For a $210 device, the A10e certainly packs a punch; bringing a notched 5.83-inch 1560 x 720 display, Exynos 7884B octa-core processor, 2 gigabytes of RAM, 32GB of inbuilt storage, 8MP rear camera, 5MP selfie camera, 3.5 headphone jack, and a respectable 3,000 mAh battery, without burning a hole in your pocket. Surprisingly, though, the phone uses Micro USB interface for charging instead of the current industry standard, Type-C.
Where to buy
Price
You can either pay the $210 MSRP upfront or opt for a $7/month installment plan. AT&T is also offering the smartphone at only $1/month for a limited time.
