AT&T customers looking to buy a smartphone that replaces the phone part with a full-fledged camera can now buy the Samsung Galaxy Camera from the carrier for $499, with an option to get a data plan along with it if needed.

The Galaxy Camera runs on Android 4.1 with a 4.8″ HD LCD display on the back, and a full-blown 16 megapixel camera on the front, capable of up to 21x optical zoom and easy professional photos thanks to the Smart Pro mode, and also comes with more than 21 pre-loaded image editing apps.

Other specs include a 1.4GHz quad-core Exynos processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage expandable via microSD, Wi-Fi, HSPA, Bluetooth 4.0, HDMI port, and a 1650 mAh battery, making it more powerful than many of the high-end Android smartphones on the market today.
