The wait is almost at an end for AT&T customers waiting to get their hands on the Samsung Galaxy S3, as AT&T has announced that the Galaxy S3 will be available in all the AT&T stores in the US on July 6th, with purchases possible on the same day. After a series of delays due to high consumer demand, Sprint recently started shipping the S3, and AT&T will follow suit in a few days.
As you might already know, the Galaxy S3 sports a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 2 GB of RAM, 16/32 GB of internal storage with microSD expansion support, 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD 720p screen, 8 megapixel back camera and 1.9 megapixel front facing camera, 4G LTE support, a 2100 mAh battery, and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with exclusive software features such as S Voice, Direct Call, Smart Stay, etc.
The AT&T Galaxy S3 comes in both the Pebble Blue and Marble White colours, and people who didn’t pre-order it will be able to grab one from stores very soon. There’s still no word on when the exclusive red version of the Galaxy S3 coming to AT&T will be available, but let’s hope it comes soon enough.
