It was only earlier this month that the Taiwan based tech firm Asus unveiled the ZenPad 8.0 and ZenPad 8.0 S tablets at the Computex 2015 tech show. Within a few weeks, the vendor seems to have silently announced the ZenPad C 7.0 tablet lineup.

The new ZenPad C 7.0 tablets carry the model number Z170 and the official video notes value tablet tipping that these models will have an affordable price tag.

Detailing on the specifications, the ZenPad C 7.0 houses a 7 inch IPS display with the Asus VisualMaster display technology. It is claimed to provide great viewing angles even when viewed from the extremes.

The Asus ZenPad C 7.0 is said to arrive in two different models that differ in terms of the main snappers that they feature. One will flaunt a 5 MP main snapper with PixelMaster technology while the other model will have a 2 MP primary snapper onboard. Otherwise, both the variants feature a VGA front facing selfie snapper for basic video conferencing.

The ZenPad C 7.0 carries an embossed leather back pattern and weighs in at 265 grams. One of the variants will arrive with dual SIM dual standby functionality and support to 3G calling as well.
