The Taiwanese tech firm Asus is all set to introduce a selfie focused smartphone based on Android next month. As per a Taiwanese website Sogi, the latest handset could be dubbed Asus ZenFone Selfie. This device is claimed to arrive with a 13 MP front facer that will be accompanied with dual LED flash. The back of the device is also said to have a similar snapper along with laser auto focus as in the high-end LG smartphones.
It is claimed that the ZenFone Selfie smartphone could resemble the ZenFone 2 in terms of design and boast of a 5.5 inch display of unknown resolution. The device might be unveiled officially at the Computex 2015 tech show starting on June 2.
Lately, a smartphone likely to be dubbed ZenFone 3 got leaked showing a main snapper at its back with dual LED flash and laser auto focus. However, nothing is confirmed for now and we need to wait for Asus to reveal the details.
Apart from the Asus ZenFone Selfie smartphone, Asus is claimed to showcase new tablets called ZenPad 7 and ZenPad 8 at the Computex 2015 tech show. These affordable slates have been leaked online and they will run on Android Lollipop.
