Asus’s recently unveiled ZenFone Live (ZB501KL) is now receiving a new software update over the air which brings along with it the Google security patch alongside a few bug fixes.

Arriving with the software version 13.1407.1705.21, the update installs the June security patch on the handset which should add an additional layer of security over your smartphone.

Besides, the update also brings a fix to the issue caused when the camera is used in night/low light mode alongside a fix to the string issues surrounding the Russian language.

On top of theses bug fixes, the overall system stability has also been improved to offer better and stable performance.

As is the case with any Asus software release, the update should take a week or two to reach all the devices. So, if you can’t wait that long, go to Settings > About > System Update to check for the update manually.
