ZenFone Lite L1 Pie update
- Eligible for Android 9 Pie update
- Asus may release the update in Q1 or Q2 2019
The ZenFone Lite L1 comes preinstalled with Android 8.1 Oreo and has not received any guarantees that it will be updated to Android 9 Pie. However, looking at how good Asus has become with Android OS software updates, we have no doubt the handset will be updated to Pie.
We expect the stable update to Pie to arrive on the ZenFone Lite L1 beginning Q1 or somewhere in Q2 2019, especially if Google’s Project Treble plays a significant role in speeding up the process.
