As expected, Asus ZenFone AR, one of the highest spec’d smartphones, has arrived in the USA. The device is up for pre-order at Verizon Wireless.
Asus ZenFone AR carries a price tag of $648 in the USA. If you opt for montly payment scheme, you will need to shell out $27 per month for a period of 2 years. The Charcoal Black colored ZenFone AR is listed on Verizon.
With many firsts to its credit, the ZenFone AR is the first phone to come out with support for both Tango and Daydream which are Google’s AR and VR platforms, respectively. It is also the first phone to rock massive 8GB of RAM. Although the 6GB version is listed on Verizon paired with 128GB onboard storage.

The phone sports a 5.7-inch Quad HD display. Under the hood, it carries quad-core 2.35Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor paired with Adreno 530 GPU. On the imaging front we have 23MP primary camera and an 8MP selfie snapper.
The lights are kept on by a 3,300mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support. Asus ships ZenFone AR with Android 7.0 Nougat.
