Things have not been going all great for Apple recently. They have had quite a few embarrassments lately and one of them seems to have happened thanks to the UK court, as the court has asked Apple again to put up a correction to apology to Samsung is a more ideal manner.

Remember that verdict in which UK court had asked Apple to apologize to Samsung on their website and mention that Samsung never copied their iPad tablet?  Well, Apple did tat. And since we all know that Apple tried acting little smart, the UK court has just brought Apple to ground. Apple said this on its page:

while the UK court did not find Samsung guilty of infringement, other courts have recognized that in the course of creating its Galaxy tablet, Samsung willfully copied Apple’s far more popular iPad.

Well, that didn’t sit down well with the Judge, Robin Jacob, it seems. There were some strong words and reactions from the Judge:

I’m at a loss that a company such as Apple would do this…. That is a plain breach of the order.

And so it stands now that Apple has 24 hours to post a corrected statement. While Apple asked for 14 days time frame for that, they got this in reply from one judge: can’t believe… This is Apple. They cannot put something on their website?

We’ll be sure to get you the updated statement as and when Apple does that, so keep in touch.
