Android 5.0 Lollipop is the one of the most anticipated update to Android after the Ice Cream sandwich update. This is mostly because of the complete design overhaul of the OS. But Android 5.0 isn’t about design only, there are a ton of new features in the Android 5.0 Lollipop update, and some of them will literally re-define the way you use Android.
We Android users have always bragged about the unlimited possibilities to do stuff on Android. And the Android 5.0 Lollipop update takes that to a whole another level with the new Material design and a slew of new useful features. One of the most exciting feature of the lot is the Screen pinning feature on Android 5.0. With Screen Pinning you can just pin your screen before handing your device to another user so the other user can only access that content and nothing else on your phone.
This new screen pinning feature is part of a few more new device sharing features of Android 5.0 Lollipop. You can also create a guest account with limited access on your phone with Android 5.0 so that you can easily share your device with other users without worrying about your stuff being seen by the guest user.
Android 5.0 Lollipop also allows you to sign-in to your friends Android device running on Lollipop to access your contacts, messages, photos and other stuff remotely from your Android phone. Pretty useful when you forget your phone at home or your phone’s battery runs out and you’ve to make a call to a number that you don’t remember. You can just sign-in from your friends phone, access that number and call right-away.
With Android 5.0 Lollipop, device sharing has become more safer than ever for Android users.
