Dual SIM phones have earned a pretty reputable life ever since they started popping out as Google certified Android devices. Sure these phones are pretty useful for many people, but there’s no denying to the fact that dual sim was once a feature of cheap and unbranded phones from China. However all that is changing now with bigger companies in the business making dual-sim phones for the low-end market.
Acer Z110 is the latest to join the dual-sim Android smartphones league. The phone runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and has a 3.5-inch HVGA display, 1GHz MediaTek MT6516 single core processor, 256MB RAM, 3G (for only one SIM), a rear camera and microSD card support.
The phone will be available in Hong Kong by the beginning of December, and will be priced around 1,000 HKD — which converts to $128. The phone may also launch in other countries about the same time as Hong Kong.
