Little Nightmares 3‘s The Backstage DLC includes several hidden trophies, and Clean Up You Act is one of the easiest to obtain once you know where to go. The achievement is unlocked by triggering a shower and getting your partner soaked in a secret bathroom area.

How to unlock Clean Up You Act trophy in Little Nightmares
Before reaching the trophy location, you must obtain a cheese piece and use it to access a hidden section of the level.
Step 1
Enter the building’s ground floor and collect the cheese piece from the fourth room.
Step 2
Return to the room containing the hanging light and throw the cheese at the light switch.
Step 3
After activating the switch, a ladder will drop down. Climb the ladder to reach the upper area.
Step 4
Once upstairs, look to the right side and crawl through the small crack in the wall.
Step 5
This leads to a hidden bathroom. Position your partner directly underneath the shower.

Step 6
Grab onto the lever and hang from it to activate the shower. As soon as the water hits the other player, the Clean Up You Act trophy/achievement unlocks automatically.

The Clean Up You Act trophy in Little Nightmares 3: The Backstage DLC can be earned shortly after obtaining the cheese piece from the fourth room on the ground floor. Use the cheese to activate the hidden light switch, climb the newly lowered ladder, enter the concealed bathroom through the wall crack, and trigger the shower while your partner stands underneath. The trophy unlocks immediately once the water hits them.
