In 007 First Light‘s Give Me a Minute challenge, you have to let Lorca stabilize before investigating the Emperor Villa by staying seated on your resort chair with your drink or doing something else for about a minute until the challenge completes.
Give Me A Minute challenge details

How to complete the challenge
Step 1: Progress to the Lorca Radio Call
Advance through the Time to Die mission until you receive a frantic radio call about Theresa Lorca’s vitals failing. This occurs after you’ve navigated through the resort and reached the bar area where you can sit down for a drink.

Step 2: Sit on the Resort Chair
When you get the radio call, do not rush to help. Instead, find the resort chair near the bar where you can sit down and have a drink. Simply interact with the chair to sit.
Step 3: Wait Without Moving
Stay seated and do nothing for approximately one full minute. Keep sipping your drink and resist the urge to get up and head toward the Emperor Villa. The challenge is specifically testing your patience — Bond needs to let Lorca stabilize before investigating.
Step 4: Challenge Completion
After waiting the full minute while seated, the Give Me a Minute challenge will automatically pop/completed. You’ll see the notification appear on screen. Only then should you get up and proceed to the Emperor Villa.

Critical Mistakes to Avoid
-
Getting up too soon — If you stand up and start moving toward Lorca before the minute passes, the timer resets and you’ll need to sit down again.
-
Rushing after the radio call — The natural instinct is to help immediately, but this challenge specifically requires you to not bother getting up until it completes.
-
Missing the radio call context — Make sure you’ve actually received the call about Lorca’s vitals; sitting down earlier won’t trigger the challenge.
-
Assuming it’s a combat challenge — This is purely a patience-based objective; no weapons, stealth, or combat is required.
The Give Me a Minute challenge reinforces the narrative tension of the mission — you’re receiving urgent news about Lorca’s condition, but the challenge forces you to exercise restraint. It’s one of the simpler patience-based challenges in 007 First Light, designed to be completed in a single playthrough without any special gadgets or difficult stealth sections.
