In Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, all spaceship locations in Knight at the Museum are in the museum lobby balcony, the pirate-ship gallery, the Abraham Lincoln statue room, the gift shop banner, and the final Firefly boss arena. There are five total, and every one is missable if you push too far forward without checking the upper-right side of each room.

Spaceship Exact area Exact landmark Fast grab method
1 Opening lobby In front of the burning mammoth display on the right balcony  Grapple to the right balcony and smash it immediately
2 Pirate-ship room At the back of the room on top of a small house  Look high toward the rear and hit it with a Batarang
3 Room after pirate ship On top of the Abraham Lincoln statue  Angle camera upward as soon as you enter
4 Gift shop Hidden on the Space Shuttle Excalibur banner  Walk toward the exit shelves, then look up right
5 Final Firefly fight Spinning on the orrery/mobile in the boss area  Wait for a clean angle and throw a Batarang

How to find all spaceship locations in Knight at the Museum

Step 1: Grab the opening lobby spaceship

Start the mission and immediately scan the right-hand balcony in the foyer.

Grapple up to the balcony and destroy the spaceship sitting in front of the burning mammoth display before you touch the rest of the room, because this is the cleanest point to collect it.

Push forward until you enter the room with the giant burning pirate ship.

Turn your camera toward the back of the room and look on top of the small house.

The second spaceship is perched there and can be hit quickly with a ranged attack.

Step 3: Check the Lincoln statue before crossing the room

In the next gallery, do not sprint straight through the objectives.

Look up at the Abraham Lincoln statue as soon as you enter, because the third spaceship is sitting right on top of it.

Step 4: Search the gift shop banner carefully

When you reach the gift shop, don’t leave the room as soon as the path opens.

Walk around the shelves toward the exit, then look up and to the right at the Space Shuttle Excalibur banner to find the fourth spaceship hidden in the décor.

Step 5: Finish the set during the Firefly encounter

At the end of the mission, keep an eye above the combat space instead of tunneling only on Firefly.

The last spaceship spins on the orrery/mobile, so wait for a clean line of sight and throw a Batarang before you finish the encounter and trigger the next sequence.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Don’t treat this like a ground-level cleanup run; three of the five spaceships are placed high above eye level, especially the Lincoln statue, gift shop banner, and boss-room orrery.

  • If the shot won’t connect, reposition your camera instead of spamming attacks, because the final spaceship in particular needs a better angle on the moving display.

  • If you miss one and the mission counter stalls at four, recheck the gift shop banner first, because multiple guides flag that spot as the sneakiest location in the level.

  • If you already advanced into the code/space exhibit section, then don’t assume the missing collectible is earlier; the fifth spaceship is specifically in the final Firefly section rather than the main museum galleries.

  • If you are replaying for 100 percent, combine this route with the WayneTech Caches and Red Brick since the mission can be replayed from the Batcave computer after a miss.

Getting all five spaceship locations in Knight at the Museum on the first run saves a full replay, which is the real time win here. For 100 percent players, this route is the efficient path because it lines up with the mission flow, catches the banner and boss-room traps that most people miss, and keeps your Batcave trophy progress moving without cleanup frustration.
