Where the Red Brick is located in Power Plants
The Red Brick appears inside the plant section of the mission, specifically near a large coolant container area. As you progress through the level, look toward the left side of the room where you will notice a locked door positioned beside a giant coolant jar.
This section is easy to overlook because the main mission path continues forward, but the collectible route branches off into a small side puzzle area.

Finding the locked door
As soon as you reach the industrial plant room, head to the left side and inspect the locked door positioned beside the oversized coolant container. Robin is required here because Batman cannot interact with the lock mechanism.

The powered fan becomes the key traversal mechanic for reaching the Red Brick. Robin can then operate the vent controls to move the ventilation platform backward and forward. Timing and positioning matter here because Batman must glide upward using the airflow created by the fan.
How to reach the Red Brick with Batman
After activating the fan, switch back to Batman. Stand on the moving vent platform and glide upward using the airflow from the powered ventilation system.
You may need to reposition the vent several times with Robin to line Batman up correctly with the upper ledge. In co-op, this process becomes easier since one player can control Robin while the other controls Batman simultaneously.
Once Batman reaches the upper section, move the vent downward again so he can safely drop into the hidden compartment containing the collectible.
