The Battery Terminal blueprint is located inside the Old Habitat wreck directly north of your starting Life Pod. Travel north from the Life Pod

Instead of searching for a normal doorway, move toward the lower-right side of the habitat and look underneath the structure. You will find a large breach in the floor that acts as the main entry point.

Once inside the main hall, immediately turn right and head toward the ladder. Climb upward into the adjacent room.
