Ride the zipline down to land in the underground reception zone, marking your entry into the facilities.

How to unlock the Security Wing locked door
From the underground reception, follow the prominent blue line on the floor leading to a hallway with a reception desk.
Step 1
Open the door on the right. Here is where you’ll find the three power capacitor batteries.

Carry the batteries.

Carry each one individually back to the panel. To find it, simply follow the blue line on the floor.
You’ll come across large block doors and the place where you need to insert the batteries.
Once all three are in place, interact with it.
