The Tiny Adventure event in Where Winds Meet expands exploration beyond standard quests by introducing miniature traversal, hidden collectibles, and unique oddities scattered across Qinghe and Kaifeng. While Miniature Treasures reward materials and points, Special Oddities are milestone collectibles that push event completion and often trip up players aiming for 100% progress.

How to collect special oddities
Special Oddities are fixed-location collectibles, unlike roaming events or repeatable encounters. When you approach an oddity location, a Tiny Adventure icon appears on your minimap, even if the area is already at 100% exploration. This makes oddities easy to miss if you’re not actively scanning sub-regions.
There are two full oddity sets tied to the event:
| Oddity set | Region | Total |
|---|---|---|
| Elusive Nightshade | Kaifeng | 5 |
| Singing Phantom | Qinghe | 5 |
To collect special oddities, you need the Contortion skill. Once you become tiny, you can chase after the oddities and collect them.
Kaifeng Tiny Oddities – Elusive Nightshade set
These five oddities are spread across Kaifeng City and its surrounding districts..

Elusive Nightshade 1/5 – Forsaken Quarter
Located in the Forsaken Quarter area of Kaifeng City. The oddity sits close to inner waterways and requires Contortion to access a miniature space along the district edge.

Elusive Nightshade 2/5 – Imperial Artisan Court
Found inside Imperial Artisan Court, near the dense cluster of buildings south of Kaifeng Prefecture. Watch for the oddity marker near alley-like paths between structures.

Elusive Nightshade 3/5 – Kaifeng Suburbs-West
This oddity appears in Kaifeng Suburbs-West, just outside the city’s core. It is positioned near branching roads and low-density housing zones.

Elusive Nightshade 4/5 – Kaifeng Suburbs-North
Located in Kaifeng Suburbs-North, close to the main road splitting toward Baima Crossing. The oddity icon becomes visible slightly before reaching the central settlement.

Elusive Nightshade 5/5 – Heavenfall
The final Kaifeng oddity is found in Heavenfall, north of the main Kaifeng districts. It sits near elevated terrain and marks the completion of the Elusive Nightshade set.

Qinghe Tiny Oddities – Singing Phantom set
The Singing Phantom oddities are distributed across Qinghe’s wilderness and outer settlements, making them more spread out but easier to spot once you know the sub-regions.

Singing Phantom 1/5 – Twinbeast Ridge
Located in Twinbeast Ridge, south of Tiger Fort. This oddity sits along winding paths near split water channels and requires Contortion to reach a miniature ledge.

Singing Phantom 2/5 – Moonveil Mountain
Found in Moonveil Mountain, close to Crimson Cliff. Look for narrow paths and elevated terrain where the minimap icon appears briefly.

Singing Phantom 3/5 – Qinghe Verdant Wilds
This oddity lies in the Qinghe Verdant Wilds, positioned along curved river routes and forested terrain. It’s one of the more open locations but still requires shrinking.

Singing Phantom 4/5 – Floral Expanse Beyond
Located in Floral Expanse Beyond, west of Bodhi Sea. The oddity is near fragmented landmasses and shallow water edges.

Singing Phantom 5/5 – Mercyheart Town
The final Qinghe oddity appears near Mercyheart Town, just before the area reaches full completion. Once collected, the Singing Phantom set is complete.

Rewards tied to Special Oddities

Collecting Special Oddities contributes directly to Tiny Adventure milestones, often required to fully clear the event shop and progression bar.
Spring’s Tiny Adventures
Even if you already have 100% exploration in Kaifeng or Qinghe, Special Oddities can remain uncollected. They exist outside standard exploration metrics, making them easy to overlook. Completing all ten ensures full Tiny Adventure completion, maximum Fortune Points, and no lingering progress gaps.
Tiny Adventure is less about combat and more about map awareness and traversal mastery. With the Contortion Mystic Skill unlocked, these oddities become a rewarding scavenger hunt across familiar regions viewed from a new perspective. Clearing all Elusive Nightshade and Singing Phantom oddities ensures you experience the event as intended and walk away with every available reward.
