Arknights: Endfield mixes exploration with light environmental puzzles, and “Pass the Bug” is exactly that. You’re expected to pat a glowing bugspitting lankybeast (looks like a frog) so it spits a glowbug that passes to another lankybeast until it reaches the finishing position. But, not all the frogs are positioned right.
Location
The ‘Pass The Bug’ puzzle takes place in Zhailing Islet, Jingyu Valley, Wuling.
How to solve Pass the Bug puzzle
Step 1
Make your way to the location.
Step 1
There will be four lankybeasts (frogs) in this puzzle. One to the right, one in the middle, and two up ahead.
The second one is not in the right position. He needs to be directly before the lankybeast on the right.
So, the first thing to do is to go behind it and chase after it.
Step 2
Keep running after it until it gets to the correct lotus leaf.
This lankybeast needs to be directly in front of the lankybeast on the right.
Step 3
Then go to the lankybeast on the right and give it a pat.
Step 4
The glowbug that it spits out will hit the lankybeast before it (the one we moved), and then go to the third lankybeast at the end, who will finally move it to the final lankybeast by the chest.
If it doesn’t, that means the lankybeasts are not facing each other. So make sure there is a clear path for the glowing bug to reach the end.
Step 5
Now simply walk upon the lotus leaves and get to the Chest at the end.

Pass The Bug is a fairly straightforward but quite a fun puzzle. Just get the frogs facing each other and pat the first one to spit out the glowbug so it hits the bug at the end. And that’s it!
