Tier progression for Cloud Step skill
- Focus on the Rank 9 upgrade once you’ve promoted to the tier as this unlocks the next tier’s bonus effect.
- Tier 1 -> initial skill unlocked (Rank 0 to 9).
- Tier 2 breakthrough: +20% bonus damage on Weak Point Break.
- Tier 3 breakthrough: After Weak Point Break, target takes +20% HP damage for 10 seconds.
- Tier 4 breakthrough: Further +30% damage on Weak Point Break.
