The Skeleton in the Closet is a Wandering Tale in Where Winds Meet that starts in Ghostlight Market. Start by visiting Granny Gray in her shop, then get a Rattan Paper and sketch Pu Niannian in the central compound. Use his portrait to disguise yourself at the Cosmetics shop, and approach Moqi Anshan to obtain the Sword Tassel. Return the Sword Tassel to Granny Gray to complete the tale.

Where to complete this objective
During the Skeleton in the Closet quest, after you've made a portrait of Niannian, follow the steps below to obtain the Sword Tassel.
Step 1
Head to the marked location near the East Cross Street Boundary Stone and speak with Wuyan inside the Disguise/Cosmetics shop. Choose Niannian’s portrait to put on the disguise.

Step 2
Return to the central compound where you first saw Niannian, go up the stairs, and speak with Moqi Anshan to request for the sword tassel.

Step 3
Return to Granny Gray and hand over the Sword Tassel to complete the Wandering Tale and claim your rewards.
Tips
- You’ll need 1 Rattan Paper to sketch Pu Niannian’s portrait; if you don’t have one, buy it from Wang’s Woodcraft in Kaifeng City.
- When sketching Niannian in the central compound, keep a bit of distance so he doesn’t notice you; then open your bag and use the Rattan Paper to draw his portrait.
- After getting the portrait, go to the Disguise/Cosmetics shop near the East Cross Street Boundary Stone and speak with Wuyan to wear Niannian’s disguise.
