Drop rate and rarity tiers

Rarity tiers follow a three-level system. Blue-tier items have a 94.6% drop rate and represent common cosmetics. Purple-tier accessories drop at 5.1% with a guaranteed purple-tier item every 10 pulls. Golden-tier items, the premium cosmetics, have just a 0.3% base probability.

The pity system guarantees a golden-tier item within 90 pulls on both standard and limited banners. Pity counts track separately between banner types and don't carry over to new limited banners, resetting with each new event banner.
