Xolo is expanding its Era series of phones with Era 3. Xolo Era line-up is a name selling budget range of devices from the India manufacturer. Xolo Era 3 is a successor to Xolo Era 2 and has landed at benchmarking site GeekBench which reveals some of its specifications.
As per the GeekBench listing, Xolo Era 3 is fuelled by a MediaTek MT6737 SoC with an octa-core CPU clocked at 1.25 GHz quad core. It is armed with 1GB RAM module and runs Android 7.0 Nougat OS. That’s all we know at present about the Xolo Era 3.
The Xolo Era 2 was launched last year in October. It has another premium variant Xolo Era 2X which again comes in two storage options – one with 2GB RAM and the other with 3GB RAM, both consisting of 16GB internal memory storage with option for expandable storage upto 32 GB.
Xolo Era 2 has a 5-inch display with 480 x 854 pixels resolution. It is powered by quad-core Spreadtrum SC9832A SoC. There’s a 5MP/5MP camera combo at the front and back. The phone is shipped with Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The lights are kept on by a modest 2350 mAh battery.
