The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi is all set to unveil its next bezel-less smartphone, the Mi Mix 2 on September 11th. As we all know, the smartphone is expected to sport a bezel-less display with an alleged screen-to-body ratio of 93%.

Today, a render of the Mi Mix 2 lying side by side to original Mi Mix appeared on the web from a popular source of such renders, Benjamin Geskin. Well, there are a few things to be noted from this render. Firstly, the overall size of the Mi Mix 2 appears to be small. This is mainly due to the fact the display size has been slightly reduced, but more important factor, as you can see, is that the bottom bezel is also very thin.

It looks like the Mi Mix 2 will sport a 6.2-inch display on the front and in case you forgot, this is slightly smaller than last year’s 6.4-inch display on the Mi Mix smartphone. However, the 18:9 aspect ratio appears to be taken on-board, like the Galaxy S8 and LG G6.

As far as the rumored specs are concerned, it has been reported that the smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC. Mi Mix 2 is expected to be offered in configuration of 6GB+128GB and 8GB+ as regards and internal storage respectively. Although we don’t have any official word on the specs sheet, we hope to learn more about it as we get closer to the next week’s launch date.

Yesterday, the Mi Mix 2 was leaked out, and the image below shows exactly what we are going to get come September 11.
