Xbox Game Pass expanded its library on October 23, 2025, by adding two striking day-one titles: PowerWash Simulator 2 and Bounty Star. These two games showcase the service’s diversity, ranging from relaxing simulation to action-packed mech combat. Both games were made available simultaneously for Xbox Series X|S consoles, PC, and through Xbox Cloud Gaming to subscribers of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.

PowerWash Simulator 2 cleans up this Fall

PowerWash Simulator 2 comes as the sequel to the immensely popular first installment released in 2022. It offers players a first-person perspective focused on cleaning various environments using a power washer.

This sequel greatly expands on the original by introducing a wider variety of locations, additional cleaning tools, and new gameplay features. Its calming and zen-like gameplay has made it a wellness tool for many, and it continues to embrace that identity. The game supports local co-op and improved graphics while allowing campaign progression sharing online. Outside of Game Pass, it is also available for purchase at $25.

Bounty Star and its mech-combat and base-building

Bounty Star presents a unique mix of over-the-shoulder third-person mech action with base-building and farming mechanics.

Developed by Dinogod, the game casts players as Clem, a former soldier and mech pilot turned bounty hunter in a post-post-apocalyptic American Southwest called the Red Expanse. Players pilot a customizable mech, the Desert Raptor MKII, equipped for various combat styles ranging from heavy melee to firearms and defenses like thrusters and shields. Alongside combat, managing and upgrading a run-down garage base with farming and production tasks is key to progression. The narrative centers on Clem’s quest to overcome her troubled past and bring justice in a volatile world.
