Infinite Torrents is the final stage (Stage 12) of the Whimpering Wastes endgame mode in Wuthering Waves. It’s a rotating monthly challenge that runs alongside Respawning Waters: Chasm and Forbidden Waters, resetting roughly every four weeks. The current rotation runs from December 22, 2025 to January 19, 2026, and once it ends, the stage and its rewards will reset.

Infinite Torrents stage buffs and resistances

  • +30% DMG dealt across the entire stage.
  • All Tokens have unlimited uses while inside Infinite Torrents.
  • Ember is restored by dealing damage or defeating enemies.
  • Burning Waves activates at full Ember, lasts 30 seconds, and increases damage by 60%
  • Mistune interaction: Enemies hit by a Resonator’s skill take Tune Break DMG before leaving the Mistune state.
  • S rank (4,500 points) is enough to claim all monthly rewards; SSS is optional.
  • Enemies are level 100 with high Havoc resistance, so Havoc teams are not recommended.

  • Cartethyia + Ciaccona + Uso (Aero)
    Why it works: Excellent AoE damage, strong Aero Erosion, and great synergy with A Question with Many Answers.
  • Mono Fusion (Changli + Brant + Lupa)
    Why it works: Fast Concerto Energy generation, solid AoE output, and smooth synergy with Haven That Gleams Elegantly.
If you’re missing the above
  • Jiyan + Iuno + Shorekeeper (Aero)
  • Camellya + Verina + Shorekeeper (AoE + sustain)

    Why it works: Reliable Spectro Frazzle, solid AoE damage, and strong synergy with A Question with Many Answers.
  • Phoebe + Rover (Spectro) + Shorekeeper
    Why it works: Consistent Spectro Frazzle application and clean Resonance Energy flow with A Question with Many Answers.

  • Any strong AoE DPS + healer + support, such as Jiyan, Camellya, or Augusta

Since all tokens have unlimited uses, just pick the strongest ones:

Golden Tokens (Infinite Torrents)

  • Gaze That Drowns in Dream – Keeps Burning Waves active almost permanently and triggers strong AoE Electro damage.
    Best for: Augusta, Iuno, Jiyan.
  • Haven That Gleams Elegantly – Boosts Fusion DMG and triggers AoE Fusion attacks during Burning Waves.
    Best for: Galbrena, Mono Fusion teams, Phrolova.
  • A Question with Many Answers – Boosts damage against enemies with Negative Statuses and instantly maxes those stacks during Burning Waves.
    Best for: Aero Erosion and Spectro Frazzle teams.

All Golden Tokens have unlimited uses in Infinite Torrents.

How to clear it in 2 minutes

You don’t need perfect rotations or 7k+ score. Here’s the efficient, fast way:

1st Half (Concerto Energy)

  1. Start with your main DPS (e.g., Augusta, Cartethyia, Changli).
  2. Use Intro Skill → swap to support → use their Intro Skill → swap back to DPS.
  3. Use Concerto Skill and basic attacks to group enemies and deal damage.
  4. Keep using skills and basic attacks until the wave is dead.
  5. If you have a strong team, you’ll clear the first half in under 1 minute.​

2nd Half (Resonance Energy)

  1. Start with your main DPS (e.g., Galbrena, Zani, Phoebe).
  2. Use Resonance Liberation as soon as it’s ready (it starts at 100% energy).
  3. Use skills and basic attacks to group enemies and deal damage.
  4. Keep using skills and basic attacks until the wave is dead.
  5. If you have a strong team, you’ll clear the second half in under 1 minute.​

Rewards

All the rewards you can earn by completing the full rotation:

  • Clear Forbidden Waters (Stages 1–6) once → 800 Astrite (one-time).
  • Clear Respawning Waters: Chasm (Stages 7–11) once → 625 Astrite.
  • Clear Respawning Waters: Torrents (Infinite Torrents) once → 175 Astrite.

Total per rotation: 1,600 Astrite (800 one-time, 800 respawning). You also get Echo materials and other endgame resources from each stage.​
