How to unlock the Voidworm boss
After completing Chapter 3, Act 1 — What Burns Beneath Frostlands, you unlock the Voidworm boss in Mawburrow Desert. Finishing this quest permanently unlocks the encounter, allowing you to challenge the Voidworm daily and farm its boss drops.
To respawn the Voidworm, return to the Voidspawn Emergence spot in Lahai-Roi. Fast-travel or walk there, interact with the glowing energy node on the ground, and the Voidworm will appear. Defeat it for Compressed Blocks, Mechanite & Modding EXP.
What to Do If the Voidworm Doesn’t Spawn
- Activate the Tacet Discord near the Nexus Tower, then head to the center area and follow the eye-like indicator (the boss may not spawn immediately).
- Open chat and read all Lahai-Roi NPC messages, especially anything quest-related or related to the Voidworm.
- Open the Quest List and look for an unnamed quest (white text, no title) at the top.
- Track the unnamed quest, close the menu, and return to the center area.
- If the Voidworm still doesn’t appear, fast-travel out and back in while keeping that quest tracked.
