Location

The quest 'Who's the Boss' takes place in Qinghe: Moonveil Mountain, at the edge of the map. It's between two teleport waypoints - Blissful Retreat and West Heaven's Pier. However, the Blissful Retreat waypoint is slightly nearer.

Walkthrough

Step 1

Fast travel to the Blissful Retreat waypoint.

Step 2

From the Blissful Retreat waypoint, make your way to the quest location.

Step 3

You can travel faster with a horse. Stop by the stream where the goose is bullying the bear (that's correct).

Step 4

Stand on the other side of the stream and Observe.

Step 5

Start the skill theft.

Step 6

Finish the skill theft.

Step 7

You will now have learned the Honking Havoc skill.

Honking Havoc (Mystic Skill)

Honking Havoc is an offensive and support Mystic Skill.

Honking Havoc costs 60 Vitality with a 40-second cooldown at tier 4. The skill clamps the goose's throat, forcing it to honk twice in a wide area causing damage and applying Breath-hold to enemies for 6 seconds.

Following this, the goose breaks free and flails with kicks causing damage in a small area ahead, then flies away.
