Vernal Umbrella: Martial Arts Skills

The Vernal Umbrella is a martial arts weapon focused on ranged DPS with a unique set of skills that enhance both offensive and defensive combat styles. Its skills allow the umbrella to function as a floating turret, firing projectiles that can stun or immobilize enemies, making it a strategic tool for crowd control and sustained damage.

The martial art resource called Blossom is generated by hitting enemies and can be invested in skill upgrades.

  • Spring Sorrow: This skill can stack twice, applying the Combo effect that increases damage taken by enemies from your ballistic attacks by 10% for 8 seconds. It sets up enemies to take more damage from your follow-up shots.
  • Everbloom: A special skill that turns the umbrella into a stationary turret that fires projectiles independently, allowing you to swap weapons and continue fighting.
  • Spring Away: A skill with a stun effect on non-boss enemies, giving opportunities to retreat or respond with a counterattack.
  • Guardian Palm: Though commonly paired with other weapons, this skill can be used mid-air while floating with the umbrella to knock back enemies and dodge attacks.
  • Blossom resource system: Unique to this martial art, you build Blossom points (max 100) by hitting enemies, which fuel special skills and combos.

The Vernal Umbrella is ideal for players who prefer ranged combat with a combination of crowd control and sustained damage. Paired with skills like Jadewind Shield and Spring Away, it offers a strategic way to manage enemies from a distance while remaining mobile.
