How to get the Mortal Rope Dart

There are two methods to unlock the Mortal Rope Dart:

1 - Infiltration (skill theft method)

This method involves sneaking into the Nine Mortal Ways Martial Hall and stealing the martial art by completing the exploration quest The Art of Skill Theft.

2 - Join the Nine Mortal Ways sect

The second method is much simpler. By joining the Nine Mortal Ways sect directly, you gain access to the Mortal Rope Dart martial art without any infiltration or disguise requirements.
