To unlock March of the Dead quest, You’ll need to complete the Bounty Trouble Worldly Affairs quest in Ghostlight Market first. Once done, set the time to Mao hour while in the market.

Walkthrough

Step 1: Battle Helmet

Take a left from the starting point to reach Nan Lugong’s stall, from there take the left path toward the nearby market stand, then slip behind the ghostly figures along the narrow route until you reach the wooden pier—check the platforms there for the chest containing the helmet.

Step 2: Mountain Armor

From the starting point, head right and follow the path past the Boundary Stone, continue through until you see Jin Yunhai sitting on a boat in the dock area. Jump into the water and swim forward to reach the chest containing the armor.

Step 3: Iron Spear

From the starting point, take a left and return to Nan Lugong’s stall. Pass it, ascend the left stairs, follow the lanterns, jump across the rocks, and continue until you spot Chen Ran. From there, dash past the enemies and quickly grab the Spear.\

Step 4: Submit the items to Liu Changsheng

Return to the starting point and submit the 3 items to the NPC, Liu Changsheng.

Step 5: Equip the armor

Equip the Spectral Soldier Armor and then follow the marching Spectral Soldiers.

Step 6: Eternal Rest

Continue marching with the Spectral Soldiers until you reach the gate, then hold the prompted key to open the entrance to the Ancestors' resting place.

Step 7: Defeat Zhu Yousheng

Once inside the Eternal Rest, approach Zhu Yousheng to trigger a boss fight. Defeat him and speak with the Black- Robbed Emissary to complete the quest and claim your rewards.

• While collecting the three items, you can die after obtaining one to respawn at the start; you will keep the item, making the next run easier.
