From the camp, walk toward the settlement until you spot a broad, easily noticeable tree standing behind some of the village structures. Just beyond this tree sits a well; the woman you are looking for is standing near this well, on the side closer to the trunk.

How to locate the exact spot
The objective marker nudges you toward Horsehelm Village, but it does not always pinpoint her exact position. Treat the broad tree as your visual anchor: if you cannot see the well yet, circle the back side of the tree and adjust the camera until the stone well comes into view.
Move around the tree and approach the well from different angles if she does not appear immediately, as terrain and camera positioning can briefly hide her from sight.
Once you step close enough, the interaction prompt will pop up over her and the objective will update when you speak to her.
