Prerequisites
Before attempting to acquire the Inkwell Fan:
- Obtain a Dragon Key, which is consumed upon use.
- Have the Touch of Death Mystic Art for stealth, gained from a prior quest.
- Optionally, collect the map of Qinghe's upper region for easier navigation.
Location

The Inkwell Fan is obtained from the Inkwell Fan Sanctum in northern Qinghe. Make sure to put a tracker on.
Unlock the Inkwell Fan
Step 1
Reach the marked location (Inkwell Fan Sanctum) and interact with the Dragon Pillar.

Use the Dragon Key to gain entry.

Step 2
Keep moving until you encounter the militiamen.

Take out the militiamen one by one.
Step 3
Find the six chests scattered inside the sanctum. Each chest is guarded by enemies or hidden in hard-to-reach areas.






Step 4
Reach the final chamber, where the master is located.

Approach stealthily and execute the skill theft.

Once the Skill Theft is successful, you will unlock the Inkwell Fan.
