Bounty Trouble is a side quest in Where Winds Meet. Players can access it from the Lost Chapter menu of the game under Worldly Affairs. You have to find the crying old man and learn what happened.

Walkthrough
Players can check the following steps to complete the Bounty Trouble quest.
Step 1
You will start in the Bamboo Abode. Battle the wolves and defeat them. Use the Endless Gale effect of the spear for effective damage. Use Wushuang Stance while hitting.
Step 2
Upon defeating the wolves, you will gain the Seasoned Expert achievement.
Step 3
Find the Wraith Village on the map and teleport to it.
Step 4
Use the direction indicator to move towards the Elder. Find him in the village and talk to him. Thieves from the Unbound Cavern have taken his grandson.
Step 5
The woman will tell you about the reward. Check the bounty board for details. Help the elder get his grandson back.
Step 6
Find and explore the Ruined Temple. The temple houses criminals under the protection of the Unbound Cavern, avoiding being captured by the Government.
Step 7
Climb the temple to look inside. You will find it empty.
Step 8
Upon entering, you will encounter Chen Er and Chen Da. They use smoke bombs to obscure your vision, then attack based on your sense of hearing.
Step 9
The smoke bombs will make you feel unconscious. There will be a vague feeling of being stuffed into a sack. Among the chaos, you will be picked up by someone and then dropped. You will open your eyes as the drug begins to wear off. You will wake at the Ghost Gate.
Step 10
The elder at the gate will tell you to leave the area. Talk to him about the Ghost Gate. Select One chance at life, two at death? He will ask you to find the Iron Spear, Mountain Armor and Battle Helmet.
Step 11
Explore the Ghostlight Market of Kaifeng and meet Chang Sheng. He will tell you that you have been caught during the Nine Mortal Ways cleaning of the Human Market. Otherwise, you would have been sold. At the end of the conversation, select Leave now. Chang Sheng will take you out.
Step 12
You will wake up at the current time. Talk to Constable Chen at the bounty board. He will tell you that the people you met earlier at the board are from the Unbound Cavern in Kaifeng, deceiving young people into slavery.
Bounty Trouble is a bit long but an easy-to-complete side story. You will be tricked by the agents of the Unbound Cavern into finding the grandson, leading to forced slavery.
