The “To Heal or Not to Heal” quest in Where Winds Meet tests your mastery of the Healer profession and its card-based minigame, punishing players who skip proper healing.

Before deciding whether to approach it as a dedicated healer or fight a surprisingly dangerous goose, ensure your Healer rank is at least Initiate Tier 4—anything lower makes treatment unstable and likely to fail.

Walkthrough

Step 1

Interact with the sick Goose to start the treatment.

Step 2

Use a shield card first, apply a defense-lowering debuff, then finish with your strongest damage cards to safely and efficiently cure the disease.

Tips

• Prioritize raising your Healer rank to at least Initiate Tier 4 before attempting the quest for better prescription cards and higher healing success rates.
• Use shield cards on yourself early in the healing minigame to prevent treatment backlash that can end the attempt prematurely.
• Keep at least one powerful finisher card for the last rounds to ensure the cure completes successfully.
