Walkthrough
Follow these steps to complete the Wheeling and Dealing quest:
Step 1
Travel to South Gate Avenue in Kaifeng City and speak with Big Zhao.
Step 2
Search for the Nine Mortal Ways members.
Step 3
Go to the Crosswind Bazaar, find little Fu and follow her to sell goods.
Step 4
She will hand you a brocade bag, examine it.
Step 5
Follow her again, and she will lead you to a group of people. Sell them basins in exchange for coins.
Step 6
Return to the Forsaken Quarter and regroup with Yingying to count your earnings.
Step 7
Hide the bag of coins in a concealed spot. A cutscene will show Lord confiscating the coins after finding them.
Step 8
Return to the granny's house.
Step 9
Step outside to investigate. Ask the locals about granny's whereabouts.
Step 10
Search for granny's trail and follow and sound to find her.
Step 11
Step in to defend the widow. Defeat the government soldiers.
Step 12
Eavesdrop on the conversation of soldiers. Their conversation will reveal that little Fu has fled into the Ash Pit.
Step 13
Head towards the Ash Pit.
Step 14
Examine the footprints of little Fu.
Step 15
Go inside the Subterranean Sewer.
Step 16
Go deeper, until you've reached the Bell Ringer.
Step 17
Be prepared for rats inside the sewer; they attack.
Step 18
As you go further, you will encounter Unbound Cavern members who have tied up a Nine Mortal Ways disciple. From here on, the side quest "Unbound Cavern" begins. You must complete this quest to advance further.
Step 19
After defeating the final boss, Dao Lord in the quest "Unbound Cavern", it is revealed that Dao Lord was actually three little Fus. But instead of explaining, they run away.
Step 20
Search for little Fu inside the Ghostlight Market.
Step 21
Once you find the first little girl, find the second little girl using Wind Sense. They will tell you the truth about the fake Gold-Making Vessel.
Step 22
Search for the last girl, little Shu. Use Wind Sense again to track her footprints.
Step 23
Once you have found little Shu, ask her about why did they stole the fake Gold-Making Vessel.
Step 24
Return to the Pale Stitches, where you found the other two girls.
Step 24
Follow them to the dock. After reaching the dock, the quest ends, and you get the rewards.
