The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Vivo has been rumored to be working on the X5Pro smartphone for quite some time. It was actually expected to make an announcement today to launch this smartphone, but it turned out to the date of when the device will go official.
Well, the firm has come up with an official confirmation that the smartphone will be launched officially on May 13. This means that we can get to know everything about the Vivo X5Pro in the next week as the firm unveils the device at an event in Beijing.
The X5Pro is claimed that the smartphone will be the first one to come with the eye recognition technology that will enable easy and secure unlocking and app locking. Also, the Vivo X5Pro is said to feature a 2.5D glass protecting its screen and get energized by a 4,150 mAh battery. It is said to run on Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box.
Talking of its specifications, the device is claimed to arrive with a 5.5 inch Full HD 1080p Super AMOLED display and feature a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP selfie camera at its front. The device is likely to be powered by a 64 bit 1.7 GHz octa core processor that could be the Snapdragon 615 chipset paired with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of native storage capacity.
