Ahead of its launch on February 26th at Mobile World Congress, renders of Verizon’s version of Motorola Moto G5 Plus has been leaked. Coming from reliable tipster Evan Blass (aka @evleaks), the images put to solid ground the fact that Verizon Wireless will be releasing the G5 Plus post the official launch later this week.

We might see the Moto G5 Plus listed on Verizon may be as early as April 3 as that’s the noticeable date on the phone’s home screen (an eye for minute details needed here!). The Verizon Moto G5 Plus shown in the images is pretty similar to the previously seen leaked images of it.

The circular camera on the rear with LED flash below it is clearly visible with the metal shell. The front shows the fingerprint scanner embedded in the home button.

Successor to Moto G4 Plus, the G5 Plus sports a smaller display of 5.2-inch 1080p display instead of a 5.5-inch one. The SoC on board is touted to be octa-core Snapdragon 625 paired with 2GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory. The camera specs seem to be a good unit with a 12MP rear Sony IMX362 sensor, F1.7 aperture lens and phase detection auto-focus and a 5MP selfie snapper.
