Update [August 30, 2017]: The deal is on the offer again today. Terms remain same as mentioned below, requiring you to pay $240 upfront, but $5 deducted from monthly billing over the course of contract that runs 2 years (thus $120 credit back).
The Verizon Galaxy J7 is undergoing a discount of 50 percent and is now available for purchase at $5 per month paid for a 24-month period instead of the earlier $10 per month requirement. The offer is available on Verizon Wireless site.
To be able to avail the discount, you will need to pay $240 upfront and Verizon in turn would give you $5 per month as rebate for 24 months. The Galaxy J7 V 16GB is getting the discount which is paired with 2GB RAM. There’s also a microSD card allowing you to boost your memory up to an additional 256GB.

The phone sports a large 5.5-inch HD screen which is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 615 chipset clocked at 1.5 GHz and paired with Adreno 405 GPU. On the imaging front, we find an 8MP back camera and a 5MP primary shooter.
The lights are kept on by a long-lasting 3,300 mAh battery. The phone also features a power saving mode which extends your battery life. The phone is shipped with Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS.
