You will begin at the Baima Crossing in Kaifeng Roaring Sands. Talk with A'ji in front of the temple to start the quest.

How to complete Vengeance Served Cold
You can follow the steps below to complete the Vengeance Served Cold in Where Winds Meet.
Step 1: Speak with A'ji
Move forward using the location indicator. Talk with A'ji, and give him the Vanquishing Fist Manual.
Step 2: Enter the temple
Enter the temple in the front, and you will find Boredom Wan in the open coffin. Use the Celestial Seize skill to obtain another Vanquishing Fist Manual.
Step 3: Give the second manual to A'ji
Move out of the temple and give the second Vanquishing Fist Manual again to A'ji. He will talk to you about when he and his brother fled from Master Wan. This will complete the quest.
