Walkthrough

Follow the steps below to complete this Encounter in Where Winds Meet:

Step 1

After reaching the marked location above, speak with Embroidered Rat outside the Rat Den to start this Encounter.

Step 2

Speak with Barn Rat, Rafter Rat and Burrowing Rat to ask about Pip Rat.

Step 3

Head back into the Rat Den and retrace your steps using the clues you’ve gathered.

Step 4

Sniff the Old Alchemy Furnace inside the Rat Den.

Step 5

Head to the marked location below while using Wind Sense to follow the scent.

Step 6

After reaching the marked location, investigate Pip Rat’s Medicine Bag lying on the ground in front of the house.

Step 7

Move toward the house’s gate and eavesdrop on the two Buddha Flower Followers. This will trigger a fight—defeat the attacker to proceed.

Step 8

Speak with the pleading Buddha Flower Follower, then follow him outside—where you’ll be led straight into an ambush.

Step 9

Defeat all the Buddha Flower Emissaries.

Step 10

After defeating all the enemies, unlock Pip Rat’s cage and interact with him as he collapses to the ground.

Step 11

After the cutscene, you’ll be transported to the Rat Den. Speak with Rafter Rat to complete the encounter and claim your rewards.
