With crowded airports, unavoidable delays, and packed schedules, holiday travel can be overwhelming. To help ease the stress, Uber is introducing new products and features designed to make your airport experience more seamless.
Uber has added new features to its app. iPhone users can now book rides through a Home Screen widget by tapping twice after saving their frequent destinations.
UberXXL, a new service priced between UberXL and Uber Black, caters to travelers with extra luggage. The service operates at 60 airports worldwide, including JFK, LAX, and SFO.
Airport travelers can now share rides with others going to the same destination. The UberX Share option offers upto 25% discount on regular fares. You get the discount regardless of finding a co-passenger within five minutes.
The app's Reserve feature now includes Flight Capture. You can enter your flight information to get pickup time suggestions. The system adjusts to flight delays and allows multiple stops during the journey.

These features work on iOS 16.2 or newer versions. Uber One members can earn $20 in Uber Cash on their next XXL ride through December 1.
