Of the five major U.S. carriers, only U.S. Cellular had not updated the Samsung Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge and LG G6 to Android 8.0 Oreo, but this ends today.
According to the official U.S. Cellular software update page, Android 8.0 Oreo is now available for users of the Galaxy S7 twins and the LG G6 as OTA updates. Where the S7 pair is receiving an update with build version CRF2, those using the G6 can watch out for an update that installs software version US99720b.

Some users of the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge started seeing Oreo updates on their handsets late last week, revealing that the bundled security patch level is for the month of April 2018. As for the LG G6 and G6+, it’s still unclear which security update is included.
As noted, though, these are OTA updates, meaning it may take a week or so before all units get the download notification. Although waiting is the easier option, you can also go the manual way via the Settings menu.
