One of the most popular social networking apps for Android devices, Twitter, has just received a small update that brings some new features and improvements, and updates the Twitter for Android app to v3.4 today.
Let’s have a look at what has changed with the new update. Users can now pinch to zoom on photos, a feature that was not available in previous instalments of the Android app. Secondly, the Twitter 3.4 now features new user profiles with header photos as well as photo streams on profiles and events.
The update also improves on protected account management, and allows users to accept or deny follower requests. Additionally, search suggestions for people, topics and hashtags, along with some more polish to the UI have been included as well, along with other minor fixes and improvements.
If you already have Twitter for Android installed on your Android device, you can just update it to the latest version from the play store. If you’ve missed out on Twitter so far, you can download and install from the Google Play Store for free.
