Tiger Fort Outpost is located in Moonveil Mountain within Qinghe.

Walkthrough
Step 1
Teleport to the nearest discovered waypoint and make your way to Tiger Fort Outpost.

Step 2
Approach the outpost and investigate.

Step 3
You can play chess and beat Zhang Long in chess. This is optional.

Step 4
If you don't want to play chess, you can go back and restart.

Step 5
Once you reach the outpost again, select the "Mind your own business" option to initiate the fight.

Step 6
Once you select the option, the name of the enemies turns red, and you can start fighting.

You will have to eliminate 12 enemies before reaching the boss fight.
