Step 1
Travel to the quest location and speak with the old widowed man.
Step 2
The old man thinks there is a ghost wandering near his house, Da Chong. Inspect the area to search for Da Chong. You will see a cricket; bring it back to him.
Step 3
Go inside his house, give him the cricket, and explain that it's all you found.
Step 4
After conversing with him, turn the time to Zi hour (midnight).
Step 5
Go outside and look for clues. You will find a hen.
Step 6
Return to the man and report your findings.

Return to the house and turn the in-game time to Chen hour

Step 12
Find the old man and converse with him; he will tell you that his son has invited him to live with him in Kaifeng and that he's considering going. After this scene, the quest ends, and you get your rewards.
