The quest takes place in Qinghe - Dreamscape: Blissful Retreat. You will need to speak with Pei Niang to start the quest.

Walkthrough
Step 1
Go to Pei Niang's location as given above.
Step 2
Talk to him to start the quest.
Step 3
You will be tasked to retrieve the stolen First-Jar wine. This is found on top of the wine tower that you're standing in front of. Simply climb up the tower and you'll find it next to three sleeping monkeys.
If you don't find it here, you'll find the Jar on the rocks near the lowest stream of the waterfalls visible from the central house in Flower Expanse.
Step 4
Bring the First-Jar Wine to Pei Niang. Select Give.
And hand the First-Jar Wine to him.
This will mark the end of this Wandering Tale.
