The "He Lu & Mo Debate" is a Wandering Tale in Where Winds Meet that begins at the Masterwood Hamlet Boundary Stone. Speak with Feng Jisheng to start, then solve 2 contraption puzzles to retrieve Jades of Artistry and Craft. Dive into an underwater laboratory, and solve the final puzzle to obtain the Mohist Token before returning it to Feng Jisheng to conclude the tale.

Walkthrough

Follow the steps below to complete this Wandering Tale in Where Winds Meet:

Step 1

Go to the Masterwood Hamlet Boundary Stone and speak with Feng Jisheng standing next to the Boundary Stone.

Step 2

Head to the marked location below in Buddha Statue Site and enter the cave.

Step 3

After entering the cave, climb the ladder on the left, reach the contraption, rotate it clockwise three times, then choose the Drop Down option to point it toward the locked gate.

Step 4

Go to the second contraption and rotate it clockwise three times so it points toward the first contraption.

Step 5

Shoot the bell hanging from the ceiling with your bow , then use Celestial Seize on the locked gate to open it.

Step 6

Pick up the Jade of Artistry from the stone table.

Step 7

Head to the next marked location near the Grand Canal Boundary Stone.

Step 8

Shoot the bell with your bow, then use Celestial Seize on the locked gate to open it. Once it’s unlocked, head inside and loot the Jade of Craft.

Step 9

Head to the next marked location and speak with the Boatman, who asks for your help in finding his lost purse.

Step 10

Pick up the Money Bag lying beside the bamboo scaffolding near the pond and return it to the Boatman.

Step 11

Head into the main compound in Masterwood Hamlet and speak with Murong Yuan. After the conversation, examine the letter on the table beside him.

Step 12

Jump into the left pool inside the compound and dive underwater to reach the laboratory.

Step 13

Shoot the bell with your bow, then use Celestial Seize to unlock the first contraption on the ground.

Step 14

Climb onto the second contraption, shoot the bell again, and use Celestial Seize to unlock it.

Step 15

Jump onto the wooden platform, make your way to the silver rotating bridge, defeat the enemies along the path, and cross over.

Step 16

Climb up the metal blades, and once you reach the top, shoot the bell with your bow and use Celestial Seize to unlock the final contraption.

Step 17

Jump down and interact with the Chest to trigger a cutscene.

Step 18

Leave the Laboratory and give the Mohist Token to Feng Jisheng to complete the Wandering Tale and receive your rewards.
